The Wilfa Uniform Plus Coffee Grinder is an automatic coffee grinder developed by Wilfa (Norway) in collaboration with Tim Wendelboe – the 2004 World Barista Champion, 2005 World Cup Tasting Champion, and multiple Nordic Roaster of the year.

41 Grind Settings
Among its advantages are the super wide range of grind settings. The Wilfa Uniform will cater precisely for all variations of pour-over methods, as well as being able to grind finely and consistently enough to be used for espresso too. The precise flat burrs achieve world-class results.
To change the grind setting, you integrated simply turn the upper element. The scale offers 41 settings that are easy to read.
The grinder is simple to use and has only one on/off button. Another bonus feature is that it switches off automatically when it detects that there are no more coffee beans to grind.
58mm Flat Burrs
Wilfa has placed 58 mm stainless steel Flat Burrs in the grinder. This is significant because flat burrs provide far more precision and consistency than the more common conical burrs, and this, in turn, enables you to achieve superior extraction from your ground coffee
It is very easy to access the burrs too. All you need to do is to unscrew the top part of the grinder and use the brush provided in the box.
Built-in Coffee Scales
