The coffee beans we have carefully selected for our Mexican Decaffeinated Coffee are all the way from the San Cristobal de las Casas and Yajalón buying stations in northern Chiapas, to the east and northeast of the Tuxtla Gutiérrez region. This roast is medium-bodied with milk chocolate and sweet nutty notes.
Using water from the highest mountain in Mexico, this coffee has been processed naturally leaving a coffee that is 99.9% caffeine free and delicious!
The coffee is from the four varietals Bourbon, Caturra, Typica and Catuaí and is grown at approximately 1,000 meters above sea level. The relatively low altitude results in large beans and a smooth coffee with low acidity.
